Peter Mullen
Multisport Trainer
Originally from Rockaway Beach, NY, Peter started racing in local sprints and caught the triathlon bug as an adult. In 2008, he decided to try his luck at the Ironman distance and finished in 11:32:54. Afterknocking an hour off his 2009 Ironman distance time by working closely with TARGETRAINING. Peter qualified for the Ironman World Championships at his third Ironman at Lake Placid in 2010 with a PR of 9:59:44. The hard work and commitment paid off with a great experience at Kona and a finishing time of 10:11:59. In 2011, he began applying what he has learned in triathlon by coaching multisport athletes. He and his wife Kristen live in Riverside, CT with their three children.
