Sue Gold
Yoga Instructor
Susan Gold has been a yoga practitioner for seventeen years. She was a competitive age group runner for nearly 20 years and has completed fifteen marathons and ten triathlons, including the Timberman Half Ironman in 2006. Her passion for the practice continued when she became certified to teach in 2008 and teaches at area clubs and privately. Susan is currently the Executive Director of the Westport Historical Society where she will teach yoga to children who participate in their youth programs. She currently works one day a week as a volunteer with Rehabilitation Services at St. Vincent’s Hall-Brooke and teaches yoga to the adolescents in the hospital.
Susan taught yoga at the Lake Placid Training Camp (June 2010) for athletes preparing for the Lake Placid Ironman competition. She is a frequent participant in workshops held at the Kripalu Center for yoga and health in Lenox, Mass.
