Join Targetraining in our first roadtrip of 2009.

On April 24th we will be heading down to Richmond, VA for the USA Triathlon Duathlon National Championships. We will be there for 2 days of duathlon fun! Saturday April 25th is the Off-Road Duathlon championship race. It is a 10k run, 30k MTB, and a 5k run through the James River Park system. On Sunday the 26th is the on-road version. Race 10k,40k,5k on a new and improved championship course. Or test yourself and do both days! Best of all you do not need to pre-qualify for either of the championship events.

Want to escape the cold, then come join us on Thursday's for our 6AM and 6PM indoor cycling sessions as we complete the entire 112 mile Kona Ironman course through the month of February.
