End of the '08 MX season

Well, the warm weather is gone and it's time to look ahead to the off season for so many of us involved in summer activities. For myself, this means the end of motocross for the year.

My local MX practice track is about to close for the year, and I was able to squeeze in one last workout this past weekend. For any of you who have done a cycling group ride before, well, MX practice is much the same thing: an open battle ground where a bunch of riders of similar abilities get together to beat on each other with no mercy! Heart rate way up, shoulders on fire, and legs getting tired.....Oh well, until next year. Bring on 2009!!
