Wednesday Night's Ride

A bunch of TARGETRAINING clients and team members rode really fast to the Saugatuck Reservoir (on Valley Forge Road) and back again. We do it every Wednesday starting at 6:15 PM. We break into three groups: beginner, intermediate and advanced. It is a blast. Everyone goes as fast as they can and we regroup at various points along the way. Come try it!
