TARGETRAINING Group Instruction Schedule
Week of 12/28-1/3

Weekly Schedule Update
• Swim Sessions: There will be no early morning swim sessions this week due to the Norwalk pool being closed for the holidays. However the Wednesday night and Sunday afternoon swims are still on!
• Martial Arts: All senior and youth martial arts and kick boxing sessions are canceled for the week.
• Special Wednesday TARGETeen/Youth class: Please note that there is a special 1:30PM TARGETeen/Youth endurance class this Wednesday.
• Sunday Mountain Bike Session: The Sunday morning mountain bike sessions are suspended for the season.
• TARGETRAINING will be closing early by 5:00PM on Thursday and closed on Friday in observance of New Years.

December Fitness Testing for Endurance Program
During the month of December we will be field testing for our endurance sports clients which include: swimming, running and cycling. This testing is meant to get a picture of one's current fitness level and help put together attainable goals for the 2010 season. This testing is not meant to derive training zones via heart rate as we rely on our VO2 testing procedure for this. You may schedule your field test with any of our TARGETRAINING Fitness Professionals.
