OTC Training Week Photos

I found a few pictures of the workouts I did while out in Colo Spgs with the national team. Enjoy.

Swim analysis using SwimMetrics developed by Genadijus Sololovas Ph.D. (shown) Pretty high tech stuff! It is like a powermeter for swimming. His system can measure velocity and force throughout the swim stroke to find inefficencies.

We did a short ride to Garden of the Gods park with Dirk Friel and the crew from TrainingPeaks. It was sunny, warm, but very windy.

We ran/walked The Inline in Manitou Springs. It was the old rail bed for a cog railway. It is 1.02 miles long, but gains 2011 feet in elevation. The average grade is 41% and the maximum grade is 68%!
