Great Day at the Beach

Today I traveled up to Madison, CT to watch the 10th annual Brians Beachside Off Road Duathlon. TARGETRAINING was represented by four people in the race. The sun was out and the winds were cold and strong, but that didn't slow our racers down. Dave Booth took 3rd place overall in the race, Suzie took 1st place overall for the women, Kim Driscoll took 3rd place overall for the women and Sam Goater also put in a great race taking 1st in the 25-29 age group and 9th Overall, narrowly beating Suzie at the finish line, ( though one tends to wonder if maybe she would have caught him had she not been in her car using her inhaler when the start horn of the race sounded.)

Overall this was a great showing for everybody who raced. Congratulations to everyone, It was a lot of fun to watch.
