Enhance your training program with one of our TARGETRAINING Yoga classes. We have sessions on Monday nights at 7PM and Friday mornings at 10:15AM.

Our 1 hour TARGETYoga sessions feature a flowing mixture of varied stretches designed to lengthen your muscles, increase flexibility and open your joints. The sessions have a distinct muscle-toning emphasis while you get all of yoga's well-known benefits: balance, strength and toning.
