TARGETRAINING Westport and Greenwich Class Schedule week of 1/10-1/16

Greenwich Open for Cycling Classes!Greenwich will be opening this week for select cycling classes. Sessions highlighted in Bold are also being held in Greenwich. We will be adding more multisport and computer based cycling classes in the coming weeks.
Sunday Run Program for January:
During the month of January we will be conducting our Sunday runs out of Compo Beach meeting at the main pavilion.
The sessions will begin with 30min of stretching and run drills, followed by an endurance run split into 2-4 groups with courses that are marked when possible.
This week we will have 10k and 5k groups. Over the course of the month we will be doubling the distances covered to finish with a 20k and 10k respectively.
This is a great way to begin your winter run build up in a fun and controlled manner.
Take advantage of TARGETRAINING's expert run coaches years of experience as they educate and motivate you through the new year.
Hot drinks will be on hand to keep you warm! Sessions will be conducted indoors at TARGETRAINING when weather is inclement.
