TARGETRAINING Rest Week!
This week we will focus on recovery from a solid month of training in January. Classes will have more recovery and shorter intervals. Clients are always welcomed to push themselves in classes if they wish just let your instructor know, but don't under estimate the importance of a few days of lighter work!
New Tuesday morning 5:45AM run session in Greenwich!

New Extra Early Morning Cycling/Brick Session on Wednesday:
We have added and early morning cycling/brick session on Wednesday in Westport beginning at 4:45AM running till 5:45AM to accommodate those that need to get their workouts in early. The brick portion of the workout is optional for those that would like to focus entirely on cycling.
Greenwich Open for Training!
Our Greenwich facility is open for group class and personal training sessions. Classes highlited below in Bold are also held in Greenwich. Please call or email Eneas Freyre if you are interested in personal training sessions. Eneas@ttwestport.com
