- Strip all parts off the frame and individually clean and degrease each piece
- Extract all bearings and repack with new grease, where applicable
- Chase threads in bottom bracket, re tape, and grease threads
- True wheels
- Grease all bolts on bike
- Re pack grease in wheel bearings
- Re pack pedal bearings with new grease
