TARGETRAIN​​​​ING Group Instructio​​n Schedule Week of 3/7-3/13

We are in week 5 of second cycle of winter training program! This will be a rest week! If you would like to test yourself in classes just let your instructor know and they will add in more intensity to your program.

This week we will be conducting our Monday/Tuesday/Thursday cycling classes on a great new real life video course that tackles the famous “White Roads” of Tuscany and the same course that the Pros raced on this past Saturday in the Strade Bianche:

Yoga Update!
There will be no Monday 7:00PM nor Friday 6:30AM Yoga sessions this week. Beginning next week 3/14, the Monday night yoga session will move to Wednesday night at 6:30PM.

Cycling Schedule Update!
Long Course training option now available for Greenwich 5:45AM Tuesday cycling session and 5:45AM Thursday brick session. Please let your instructor know that you would like a long course workout instead of short course.
New Sunday 9:00AM Greenwich indoor cycling session!

Run Program Update!
The Sunday Compo run will have 6 and 12mile groups. Our new running coach Timothy Milenkevich will be helping to lead the session!

Greenwich Open for Training!
Our Greenwich facility is open for group class and personal training sessions. Classes highlighted below in Bold are also held in Greenwich. Please call or email Eneas Freyre if you are interested in personal training sessions. Eneas@ttwestport.com
