Race Day Q&A

Attention all TargeTraining Triathletes, please join us this Saturday:
"Race Day Q&A" this Saturday May 14th from 1 to 230 at TT Westport: hosted by Targetraining's very own Clare and Kristin, this will be an hour+ chance to ask any and all questions about triathlons, from training and travel, to race day logistics, nutrition, etc. If you are new to the sport of triathlon, or a veteran attempting a new distance, this Q&A session is for you! Part one (from 1-1:45) is "Your first race", Part two (from 1:45-2:30) is "Going longer, Dialing it in". Please RSVP to kristin@trincycle.com so we have an idea of numbers. Light snacks and beverages will be provided!
