Vuelta de Targetraining at TTG and TTW

Beginning Monday, 4/2 in Westport and Greenwich we will be conducting a 4-week stage race.  Test your limits in a controlled environment.  To participate either attend our Monday evening classes in Greenwich or Westport.  Can't make it on Monday night?  Complete that week's ride during any of our open cycle times (except stage 4).  Note that the last stage will take place outdoors at TT Westport on Sunday, 4/22.  Participate in all 4 stages or just one.  Bragging rights and prizes for those who complete all 4 stages!

  • Course is design to test competitors all round fitness from winter training schedules
  • All races will be held on three consecutive (Mondays) or ? class schedule
  • All races will be based on timing.
  • Courses are designed to be completed within 1hour-15minute hour time limit
  • Rider that completes all three disciplines withing the shortest time limit.
  • Tri and Road bikes are allowed or both can be used for performance efficiency .
  • Races will be schedule for 3 separate dates to completion.
