Program Details:
Ages 8 through 14. Younger and older kids may be accepted upon the approval of our head coach, Eneas Freyre.
Athletes will be broken up into age and ability groups. Each group will be paired with a TARGETRAINING coach.
We will guide your child through a myriad of endurance and fitness routines including running, cycling, plyometrics and body weight strength training and stretching. These fundamental routines are borrowed directly from our weekly youth endurance and fitness training programs.
Fine tune your youth athlete who may participate in local team sports with our tried and proven methods.
All sessions will begin with a structured routine of stretching and dynamic warm up.
A halftime period of roughly 20min will be taken for snack time and a coaching discussion.
- All athletes must bring a light snack including a drink besides water. Soft drinks are not acceptable.
Athletes wishing to participate in the indoor cycling portion of the training session should contact Eneas Freyre (eneas@ttwestport.com) to reserve a bike, or sign off on bringing your own.
