TTEndurance Wins Team and Individual Overall Titles in the Category 1 Pro Race Bethel Spring Series

Eneas Leading Final Selection in Last Sunday's Spring Series2 Weeks ago, Eneas Freyre won the Overall title in the Category 1 Pro Race at the Criterium de Bethel, the 5th race in the Annual Bethel Spring Series. The following week, he did not start in Bethel because he was committed to racing the grueling Elite Pro Race at the Tour of Battenkill against stiff, international competition.
His decision to not contest Bethel was of little consequence in the Spring Series since he had already cliched the individual Pro title by finishing first in 4 of the 5 initial races, (and 2nd in the one he did not win.) Furthermore the opportunity to ride Battenkill yielded a 3rd place, podium finish in perhaps the Northeast's largest, and most competitive single-day Pro race.
Ever going the extra mile, the 2014 Bethel Yellow Jersey unalterably on his back, Eneas closed out the Spring Series on Sunday in a 2-man breakaway that produced a runner-up finish, solidifying TTE's claim on the Overall Pro Team Title.
Never finishing off the podium in the region's most prestigious competitions this year, Eneas' gravity as Connecticut's most elite cyclist is buoyed tremendously as he enters a brief term of respite before cranking into his next prodigious challenge.
