Important Saturday Cycling Schedule Update:
Due to cold temperatures and wet weather, all outdoor cycling sessions will be cancelled except for the 9:00AM Blue ride. Instead we will conduct a 7:30AM indoor cycling class focused on hill climbing.

Saturday:
6:00AM Indoor Cycling Session: Get a focused 1.25hr indoor training session in as a stand alone intensity workout, or begin the day indoors and then head out with the 7:15AM group ride.
7:30AM TARGETorque Indoor Cycling
9:00AM Outdoor Cycling BLUE (Social Ride of 2.5-3hrs in length): TT ride leaders will be keeping the pace of the ride controlled and the mood light and social. This ride is appropriate for those with power to weight ratios of 2.5-3.5. This is a great ride to enjoy the beautiful upcoming fall colors. Do the "double social" at 7:15AM and 9:00AM for a great long moderate paced morning in the saddle.
