Join the TARGETRAINING Team of Run coaches for a pre Turkey Trot tune-up!

A) Lectures

- Review of run mechanics
- Strategies on injury prevention
- Heart rate and run pace training
- Basics on setting up a run training plan
- Running gear review

B) Practical @ Staples High School Track

- Individualized run form review
- Group run drills
- Review of Stretching routine for running
- Review of plyometrics/strength training for running

C) Run Test @ TARGETRAINING

- Benchmark "threshold" testing

Lunch and snacks will be provided at TARGETRAINING

$30 for non-TT members
$15 for TT club athletes
