Sherwood Island 5K Trail Race Scramble this Sunday 12/19!

Join us for the finale of the TARGETRAINING fall running series with the Sherwood Island 5K Scramble on Sunday 12/19.

The course is 5k of FLAT gravel, grass, and sand trails held in rain or snow at the Sherwood Islnd State Park overlooking Long Island Sound just around the corner from TARGETRAINING. The park opens at 8:00AM and race time is 8:30AM.
