Weekend activities galore

Two rides from TT today. Great weather, good turnout! Carlos and Brett and Matt led the rides.

Today was the course preview of Toughman Triathlon. Rich Izzo is the organizer of this event.  The event is http://www.westchestertoughman.com/.  "Coaches from Target Training of Westport CT will be on hand at the 2010 Toughman Clinic to lead and follow athletes as well as answer questions. Additionally, a TT support vehicle will be present during the bike portion of the clinic".  Eneas and Dom were there along with David and Kristen and Clare. And about 75 racers previewing the course.

Also today was bike race in Prospect Park NYC and a bike race called Capital Region Road Race near Albany.

Sunday is the Park City Olympic distance race and I believe that David Yockleson will be there along with Kristen and Katie. Max and Eneas are also racing it.  I think a bunch of others but I don't have everyone's name so please write in so I can add to the list.
