Eneas helps new generation at Westport Little Gym

TARGETRAINING Director of Endurance and Fitness, will be giving an informal coaching seminar at Westport's Little Gym on Thursday morning 11:00AM.
It is never too early to get the next generation up and rolling with endurance sports.
