And...Kristin Thor Budden is 5th in World Duathlons in her age group (and 12th female overall!). "Ok, just got an update, results are posted. Not only was I 5th in my age group, but just found out I was 12th female OVERALL!!! And yes, I enjoyed a celebratory Guiness or two :)"

And after Earl, the weather here was spectacular and so was our Saturday morning bicycle training rides...Ask Dom and Carlos, who led them.
