New Long Course Specific Cycling Classes

The unique demands of long-distance cycling and triathlon events require specialized training sessions. If you focus on half-ironman, ironman, or century+ rides, our "long course" sessions will train you to adapt physiologically and mentally to the stresses incurred in these events. You can improve both speed and endurance quickly and efficiently by concentrating workout efforts into specific and targeted exertion levels. Our long course workouts focus on the sustained endurance intervals needed for long cycling or triathlon events. We offer "long-course" workouts in swimming, cycling, and running. These workouts are also a great way of developing an early season fitness foundation even if you are not a long-course athlete.
The workouts are held in both our Westport and Greenwich locations.
