Westport YWL 5K & 10K Minute Man Race this Weekend

In lieu of Sunday's regular long run out of Compo Beach, test your fitness at the WYWL 5K or 10K running race at 7:45 AM this Sunday, 5/1.

We hope to see lots of TARGETRAINING members at this fun, early season, local event.
