Racing Rev3 Quassy? We have a training plan for you!

Are you racing Rev3 Quassy this June? If so, we have a training program that will suit your specific needs. Individually customized plans for both the Olympic and Half distances available and include 3 group training classes per week with our expert coaches. Each plan includes an initial consultation to set you up for race success. The coaching plan also includes detailed daily workouts provided to you each week. Programs begin 3/25.
