Get yourself ready for spring racing the intelligent way with our progressive half marathon buildup.
Distances are gradually increased weekly and we will have a new course each week. All abilities are welcome. Sessions will start with a dynamic warm up and conclude with run specific stretching, rolling and core work.
Sessions are on Sundays at 8:OOAM leaving from TARGETRAINING. If the weather does not allow for outdoor runs then sessions will be conducted indoors on our treadmills.
We will start out with a 3.1 mile run on Sunday January 10th and add mileage every week for 7 weeks. The last run will be on February 28th and will be a 13.1 mile 1/2 marathon course.

Starting January 1st we will be having our first annual row across the sound challenge.
Participants will have until the end of January to complete the 27,680 meter distance it would take to reach Port Jefferson from Bridgeport.
If you have any questions see one of our staff members to get you set up on the rowing machine and help you fill out your chart, tracking the distance and time that you have rowed.
