The Winter weather is making lives difficult in the southern Connecticut area. There will be NO AM SWIM today. The roads between 95 and the Merritt are bad. Drive safe and stay warm.

If you get a chance to go to Brazil for any reason, race or vacation you will not be disappointed. With the football (soccer) World Cup in 2014 and the Olympics in 2016, Brazil is a country that is sports crazy and knows how to put on a great event. Looking forward to my next trip back.
