Yoga is back on Wednesdays!

TARGETRAINING is pelased to announce the return of TARGETYoga classes on Wednesdays - 10 AM with Kathy Salvo and 7 PM with Sue Gold!  

Classes will be an energizing but also a relaxing yoga experience. Even if you are new to the practice, take a leap of faith that if you can work hard cycling and in the gym, you can take it down a notch and receive the benefits of yoga. The yoga classes are designed for people of all levels so even if you've never done yoga before you can dive right in and feel comfortable at whatever level you can perform the poses. The beauty of the practice is that no one is judging anyone and your ability will grow as you allow yourself to surrender to the poses. So, the first step is to give it a try.The benefits of the yoga practice are increased flexibility, improvement in your immune system, good posture, relaxed muscles and better coordination. Incorporating yoga into your exercise regimen will help cultivate a sense of well being and a more peaceful mind.
