Make Yoga Part of Your Mix in 2012

We are pleased to offer two Yoga classes per week at our Westport location - 10 AM with Kathy and 7 PM with Sue.
There are many positive benefits from regularly practicing yoga:
- Flexibility gains which result in a decrease in injuries and improved performance.
- Strength gain in places you didn’t know were weak – you’ll have better control of your muscles by mastering your own body weight.
